Valencia have signed Gabriel Paulista for a reported €11milllion, the centre-back agreeing a five-year deal at the club after leaving Arsenal.
Gabriel joined the Premier League side from Villarreal in January 2015 and made 64 appearances in all competitions during his two-and-a-half years in north London.
Valencia, who will present the defender to the media on Saturday, confirmed Gabriel s contract runs until 2022 and has a release clause of €80m.

Italy s superb Euro 2020 campaign continued on Friday as they edged past Belgium 2-1 in Munich to set up a semi-final clash with Spain.
Superb strikes from Nicolo Barella and Lorenzo Insigne put Italy two goals ahead by the 44th minute, but Belgium pulled one back before the interval courtesy of a Romelu Lukaku penalty.
Lukaku went close in the second period, yet Roberto Mancini s side held firm in the first knockout meeting between the sides at a major tournament.
The Azzurri will now play Spain at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday after Luis Enrique s side overcame Switzerland on penalties earlier in the day.

Magilton, 42, will take over from Mehmet Durakovic, who was relieved of his duties as head coach on Friday after seven months in charge.
A former Northern Ireland international midfielder, Magilton served as an apprentice at Liverpool and made his first professional appearance with Oxford United in 1990.
He enjoyed spells at Southampton and Sheffield Wednesday, before finishing his playing career in 2006 following a seven-year stay at Ipswich.

During a visit to the studio last month, VGC saw a presentation that confirmed ten challenge levels and five speedrun levels as post-launch DLC.
